Hello, my name is Jonett Douglas. I was born and raised in California. Like most people in their early 20's you aren't really sure what you want to do with yourself. So you kinda get through life as best as you can. Working this unsatisfying job and then onto the next. Not really finding purpose in your work.
It wasn't until life hit hard as it tends to do, did I realize something. I absolutely love to help people and make them feel better. From the time that I was a little girl I knew I wanted to be in the medical profession. There was just one major problem... I am terrified of needles. So for awhile I thought all hope to be lost on finding my purpose in life. It took me sitting down with my Great Grandma (a jack of all trades) to find out that one of her many professions is a Massage Therapist. After enrolling in school I knew that Massage Therapy was for me.
7.5 years later and I have found myself in Oklahoma looking to make a difference. My absolute favorite types of clients are athletes, post and prenatal clients; and people that deal with chronic pain. Over the years I have found that Massage Therapy is not just a way to feel good. But a necessity to keep your body at optimum health!
